Why the name Frank Thinking? Well, aside from the obvious (it is me thinking and writing after all) it’s a chance to talk in a frank (honest and truthful) manner about areas of sales and marketing that I have experience in. Do I expect to create some monster blog that will bring thousands to read my ideas? I don’t know. I’m doing this to help my professional growth, to network with other people of like (or unlike!) mind and to give a reader some insight into what I see in the internet marketing industry that can possibly help them in some way. I am starting out with an altruistic attitude but if it starts to look or smell different in the future just let me know.

I have over 20 years of business experience with most of that occuring in a variety of sales roles and environments. My resume includes selling for Madison Square Garden, PSINet, CompuCom and others. I have sold hard products and I have sold intangibles. I have sold services. Hopefully, I have not sold my soul in the process.

I have a B.S. in Marketing from Boston College (I always chuckle at the idea of my Marketing degree being BS). I am originally from New Jersey and I am very proud of it. I really enjoy my work. The team that I work with and the clients / prospects I work with on a daily basis make my job fun.

I am married (for close to 14 wonderful years) to Hope. She’s a blogger as well in the area of scrapbooking so here is a shameless plug for her 4thememories blog. We have been blessed with three amazing kids. Our two cats are loved by most in the house. We live in Wake Forest, NC which is a really neat part of the Triangle area of central North Carolina (home to RTP). It’s a good life.
