Elliot,

Thanks for stopping by. I think it is great that you are moving forward with your blog. Honestly, I feel that the niche part of your blog is the best part. Blogging is about thought leadership in many respects. As you add more and more content for your audience to "chew on" I feel that it will turn into something bigger.

Interestingly enough, although you can begin with the end in mind regarding the subject matter you have to take a "leap of faith" on what the actual end results may be. That's where it really gets fun for me. For instance, I would never had had this "conversation" with you if weren't for our blogs. Not to sound harsh but I didn't start my blog with the end to meet you in particular but it's pretty cool that I did! ;-)

Frank, I admit - I am a Newbie Blogger

In my own defence - I did maintain a personal web site going back as far as about the late '90's

And yes - I did start with the end in mind - In my case as a Business Technology Manager in the SMB space - I was finding my self getting frustrated with the lack of IT support many SMB business managers were receiving. Either internal, or external.

The number of businesses that I have been with or visited that were so badly "broken" from poor IT execution, advice, or knowledge was amazing. (broken means wasting money!)

My "end" was to try and unwrap some of the issues with IT for general business managers within the SMB space.

Although I realize my personal "end" will be very niche - Since too many SMB business managers "Don't Know, What they Don't Know" - I will still keep kicking at the concept!!

Best Regards!
