So much going on today including a kinda weird paparazzi-esque look at Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg over at Gawker, federal rulings on controversial laws(admittedly not Internet marketing related but of great interest in general) and evidence that Android devices do make a difference to wireless providers. Would You Pay to Use Twitter? - Marketing Pilgrim
If we are to believe the folks that were surveyed by USC’s Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism the answer to this question is just NO! as 0% (yup, no typo) of the respondents said they would pay to access Twitter. Something to consider for sure even if it seems a little sensationalistic.
“Do Not Track” List Discussed by FTC Chairman – Marketing Pilgrim
Would you like to stop behavioral targeting of your online activity by being on a list like the “Do Not Call” list? The FTC is taking another look at the option. That is, of course, unless the advertising world can get itself together and find ways to keep regulation ‘in-house’.
