		<description>At least every couple of months I feel that way. When you spend your time analyzing the actions of others, there&#039;s probably a subconscious part of you that bottles up what you really want to say. Every now and then, the &quot;constructive&quot; is beaten out by the venting.

The fact that you can identify it, is what makes you one of the good guys! :-)</description>
